Birthday Color Finder maps all 366 days of the year to a single named color each. The palette was commissioned for this site and placed in day order so the colors move with the seasons. Every entry carries a hex value, a color word and a short reading.
The site is built to be fast and quiet: there is no account to create and no paywall in front of the palette. The color lookup works the same for everyone, and the same date always returns the same color.
If a swatch looks wrong, a reading reads badly or you want a day added to the chart in another language, write to contact@birthdaycolorfinder.com and it will be looked at.
Birthday Color Finder is free to read. Ads, when they are shown, are served by Google AdSense and pay for the running of the site, which is why the palette needs no account and no paywall in front of it. The extended color report is the only thing sold, once, to a reader who wants the longer reading. Every color name, color word and reading here was written for this site rather than copied from the birth-color lists already in circulation, and a date keeps its color in every language. The site is run by the small team that answers contact@birthdaycolorfinder.com.
The palette is maintained as one table: 366 entries, each with a name, a hex value and a color family, and no two dates share a hex - an automated test fails the build if one ever does. Every day page also prints the measured contrast ratios of its own palette, so a color's readability is published rather than assumed. How the colors and readings were written, what the site does not claim and how a correction is handled are set out in the editorial policy, linked at the foot of every English page.
